Study on Physical Properties, Rheological Properties, and Self-Healing Properties of Epoxy Resin Modified Asphalt

چکیده

To investigate the effects of epoxy resin at low content on physical properties, rheological and self-healing properties asphalt, asphalts with contents 2%, 5%, 10%, 20% were prepared. The distribution asphalt (EA) in (ER) was quantitatively studied by fluorescence microscopy (FM) to feasibility preparation process. glass transition temperature analyzed differential thermal analyzer (DSC). characterized penetration test, ductility softening point test. dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) evaluate asphalt. results show that could be uniformly distributed as verified (FM). With increase content, gradually decreases, shows lowest temperature. At same time, gives a higher modulus high performance, has also been greatly improved. On contrary, three-dimensional cross-linked grid structure, which is formed curing agent, reduces increases elastic components Although maltenes diagram still exhibits typical viscoelastic characteristic, flow behavior index activation energy decreased.
